Why Flight Grading?

For those step into flying for the first time, there numerous uncertainty involved in the training, such as: dizziness , pressure adjustment, multi-tasking, hand-feet coordination, short term memory, English capability etc.

If one is not ready in any of the above and rush into flight training, the result will be compromised, and wasting in precious time and money. For those rush into training and quitting their job first would be even a greater material loss.

Organizations such as Cathay Pacific, Dragon Airways or the British Navy Fleet Air Arms all utilizes Flight Grading as a way to qualify cadets prior for further training to save potential cost and time. In Taiwan there are large number of people who has attended the program as well to help themselves in making the first correct step into flying. If one can assess one's own potential via a professional flight training center, this will not only be helpful in one's later step of the flight career path and training, but also helping one to avoid the bombshell that after spending thousands of dollars way into the training, only to find out one is not suitable to pursuit such career, resulting in waste of precious time and money.
